Got the tent yesterday and must say, outstanding job. The thing is perfect and will do an awesome job of helping us promote Tigatu! We will definitely get you some pictures from our event next month... On behalf of the guys, thank you very much. It has been a pleasure working with you. Gary Hopf

Tent Set Up and Take Down Instructions

For detailed instructions, download our PDF (with illustrations), view the set-up video below, or read the written instructions that follow:

Tent Set Up

  1. Place your tent frame in the center of the area to be sheltered. With a partner on the opposite side, grasp the 2 outer legs, slightly lift off of the ground and step backwards. Stop when the tent is 3/4's open.
  2. Unfold the fabric top and place it over the frame. Align the four corners of the top to the four corners of the frame.
  3. Attached the corners first by lining up the velcro on the corner of the tent with the velcro on the corner of the frame.
  4. Grab the bottom of the diamon shaped area of the trusses with your partner opposite of each other. Lift up and step backwards until the canopy frame is full opened. BE CAREFULE NOT TO PINCH YOUR FINGERS!
  5. Engage the locking pin on each corner by pushing up with 1 hand while holding down the top of the leg with the other hand. The snap button will engage the locking pin. Pull the hem down straight, and repeat on the other 3 corners.
  6. Lift 2 adjacent outer legs and slide out the inner legs until the pin locks. Repeat on the other side. BE SURE TO ADJUST 2 LEGS AT A TIME TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE FRAME.
  7. Optional Side Rail hardware is 3 metal bars that fit together to form a 10' span. Simply assemble the bars, slide the fabric skirt over the bar, and clamp the bar to the frame using the included bar clamps.

Take Down

  1. With a partner, pull the locking ring on the legs and slide the inner legs up. Repeat on the other side, making sure to do 2 legs at a time.
  2. Release the slider bracket on each corner by simply pulling the ring. Repeat on the other 3 corners.
  3. Grab the top diamond area of the trusses, and while lifting, slowing walk towards your partner to close the frame. Again, BE CAREFUL TO NOT PINCH YOUR FINGERS!`

*Note: Top and frame are shipped seperately to avoid damage. First
time set up requires you to attach the tent top to the frame, and
will take longer than future set ups. Once the initial set up is done,
set up and take down are easily accomplished in seconds!
